Who am I…

Hello! I’m Aimee, and I’ve been working in the health and fitness industry for over 10 years.

My journey began at university, where I discovered a passion for training and nutrition, before going on to qualify as a PT and compete in bodybuilding competitions—an experience that deepened my understanding of fitness and its extremes.

I’ve since written for health publications and, in 2021, launched Train With Aimee while expanding my knowledge through sports massage, yoga, and Level 3 counselling. Later I qualified in Pilates, which is what I specialise in now.

This naturally evolved into Wellness with Aimee—a more holistic approach that blends Pilates, yoga, events, and retreats. I believe in supporting both mind and body, creating a balanced, sustainable way to feel stronger, healthier, and more connected.

I love seeing clients become more confident and progress in their minds and bodies.
